The Guru Jambheshwar University Science & Technology, Hisar was established by an Act of Legislation of Haryana State on October 20th, 1995 to facilitate and promote studies and research in emerging areas of higher education. It is named after Guru Jambheshwar, a saint, environmentalist of 15th century. The University has grown to its full size and stature within a short span of 8 years.

The University of Mumbai (known earlier as University of Bombay) is one of the oldest and premier Universities in India. It was established in 1857 consequent upon "Woods Education Dispatch", and it is one amongst the first three Universities in India.

Established during the academic year 1992-93 for systematic transformation of the students into highly motivated graduates with professional competence. The college is working with professional competence under the aegis of Jaya Educational Trust, Thiruninravur, Chennai which was found by Prof. A.Kanagaraj.
